There is a 25% refund fee on all out of stock items cancelled before estimated ship times (Holiday season affects shipping times for us and delivery services)

There is a 25% refund fee for all orders that have been shipped and returned. Any products not returned to BSC will not receive a refund.

These fees are to protect us at BSC Lighting and keep our lead times down to get products out the door as fast as possible
